Webinar 9 - Webinar on AI & Big Data successfully concluded
The Digi-Tour-Skills webinar on “Hire Artificial Intelligence, Save Time: Practical AI Tools for Tourism”, held on 13 November 2025, was successfully completed. During this session, adult learners, tourism SMEs, students, and professionals from other sectors explored how AI and Big Data can transform operations, marketing, sales, and customer experience in tourism.
Led by Zsolt Magyari, software engineer with extensive experience across tourism, education, fintech, and healthcare, participants gained practical, hands-on insights into leveraging AI as a digital assistant for their business. The webinar featured live demos, showing how to:
- Analyze guest feedback to optimize operations
- Generate engaging content for marketing and social media
- Deploy AI-powered website chatbots to boost direct sales
- Personalize emails and offers to elevate customer experience
Attendees left with a low-cost, actionable roadmap to integrate AI tools into their tourism businesses while maintaining customer trust and EU compliance. This session supported the digital upskilling of adult learners and professionals across Europe, in line with the objectives of the Digi-Tour-Skills Erasmus+ project.
